Welcome to Regalia Experience, a curated lifestyle and hospitality offering operated by Regalia Group LLC in New York City. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, including curated tours, local events, design-focused accommodations, and neighborhood activities offered through https://regaliaexperience.com/ (“Site”).

1. Description of Services
Regalia Experience provides unique hospitality experiences that blend premium accommodations with cultural programming, including walking tours, food tastings, art events, and curated local activities. Experiences are provided in collaboration with select third-party providers.

2. Booking & Cancellation Policies
Reservations are subject to availability and are not confirmed until full payment is received. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled start date for a full refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the experience.

3. Liability Waiver
By participating, you acknowledge that Regalia Experience is not liable for any injuries, losses, damages, accidents, delays, illnesses, acts of God, or disruptions caused by weather or third-party vendors. You assume all risks related to participation in the experience and release Regalia Group from any liability.

4. Age & Eligibility
Guests must be 18 years or older to book an experience. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Some experiences may have additional age or physical ability restrictions, noted during booking.

5. Changes and Cancellations by Regalia
We reserve the right to cancel or modify any experience due to weather, availability, or unforeseen events. In such cases, guests will be offered a rescheduling option or full refund.

6. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any dispute related to these Terms or participation in a Regalia Experience shall be resolved via binding arbitration in New York, NY, in accordance with AAA rules. By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a jury trial.
