Are the units fully furnished?

Yes, all our Mid-Term Rentals come fully furnished with furniture, kitchenware, and essential appliances to ensure a comfortable long-term stay.

Absolutely, we warmly welcome your furry friends in all our units! To ensure a positively clean space, there’s a small $100.00 fee for specialized cleaning. We kindly ask that pets avoid lounging on furniture or beds. Thank you for understanding and we can’t wait to host you and your four-legged companions!

Not all buildings have elevators. Please check the specific listing details before booking.

Most of our properties are located between 3–10 minutes walking distance from a train station or bus stop. Please review the distance information in each Listing Information.

Yes, utilities such as water, electricity, gas, and Wi-Fi are included in your rent unless otherwise specified in your lease.

Yes, we do! The codes are regularly updated for the security of our guests and the building.

No, no cameras inside the unit! However, we do have building cameras and our trusty doorbell that captures movement in front of the main door for added security.

We apologize, but we don’t offer late checkouts as we have a cleaning schedule to ensure the best quality for our upcoming guests.

In some cases, the guest can ask us to check if it is possible or not. Guests can still leave their luggage after 11:30am on their checkin day.

How many people live in each house?

Depending on the size of the house we can host up to 8 roomies, we have houses from 3-6 bedrooms. You can find more details about each property on our Houses page.

Yes, you can personalize your room as you wish, as long as you do not cause permanent damage to walls, floors, or furniture. At the end of your stay, your room should be returned to the same condition as when you moved in.

Every member has access to our guest portal, where you can report an incident, request maintenance, or submit suggestions for your house. Our team will address issues as quickly as possible.

What kind of apartments do you offer?

We provide fully furnished corporate housing options, including studios, 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, and 3-bedroom apartments in top neighborhoods. All units are modernly decorated, professionally designed, and equipped with everything professionals need. Many include Nespresso machines, keyless entry, and Smart Home assistants.

Yes. All apartments include fast Wi-Fi and comfortable home-office setups. Guests can also request work-from-home bundles with specialized office furniture.

Yes, the minimum stay is 1 month. In some cities, we can arrange shorter stays upon request.

Every unit is cleaned and sanitized between stays. Service providers only enter with guest permission. Guests also have access to contactless support via our app, phone, or email.

Yes. Depending on the city, guests may need to register with the local municipality. For example, in the Netherlands, this is required to obtain a BSN number (needed for payroll, banking, and healthcare). Please check local requirements before arrival.

What kind of vacation rentals do you offer?

We offer fully furnished vacation homes and apartments, ranging from studios to large multi-bedroom houses. Whether you’re a solo traveler, a couple, or a large group, Regalia has the perfect space for your stay.

Our vacation rentals can be booked for as little as 1 night, depending on the property and location. Some homes may have a minimum stay of 2–3 nights.

Yes. All of our vacation rentals include high-speed Wi-Fi, and many feature dedicated workspaces—perfect for digital nomads or guests who need to stay connected.

Every property is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay. Many of our homes also include keyless entry and Smart Home features for extra security.

Can I bring visitors?

Visitors are only allowed if registered in advance. For security reasons, unregistered visitors are not permitted.

As much as we love celebrating good times, parties in our units are a no-go, per our building rules, unfortunately. We’ve got a cool noise monitor too, ensuring quiet vibes after 9:00 PM in line with our house rules. Let’s keep the good vibes and peaceful nights rollin’! .

No, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the units. If your apartment has a private patio, smoking is only allowed there. A penalty fee will apply if smoking occurs inside the property.

Can I bring visitors?

Visitors are only allowed if registered in advance with the Community Manager. For safety reasons, unregistered guests are not permitted.

No, parties are not allowed. Respect for your housemates and neighbors is essential. Noise restrictions apply after 9:00 PM, and our Noise Detectors will notify us if the sound levels are too high.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house. If your house has a designated patio, smoking is allowed only in that area. A penalty fee will be charged for smoking inside.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, all corporate rentals are pet-friendly. A $100 pet fee applies to cover specialized cleaning. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture.

No. Parties, large gatherings, or events are not allowed in any Regalia property.

Yes, your unit will be fully stocked with fresh sheets, towels, toilet paper, soap, and basic supplies at check-in. Please note that this is an initial kit only. Guests are responsible for purchasing any additional supplies during their stay.

Yes, every unit has its own Wi-Fi connection and utilities included.

Yes, we provide access to Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN.

A professional cleaning is included at check-in and check-out. Additional cleaning services can be scheduled upon request for an extra fee.

Is there laundry available?

Some houses include in-unit laundry, others have laundry in the building, and some may not include laundry. Please check the information in the listing section.

Bathroom setups vary depending on the house and room type. Some rooms have private bathrooms, while others share facilities. Check the virtual tour or consult our Community Manager for details on your specific room.

  • Monthly delivery of common supplies (toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towels, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, etc.)
  • Bi-weekly cleaning of all shared spaces
  • On-call maintenance for repairs or issues
  • A fully furnished home with Wi-Fi, utilities, and streaming platforms

What customer services do you provide?

Guests can reach our team 24/7 via the guest app, phone, or email at no extra cost. Our Client Experience team arranges cleaning, restocking, maintenance, and payment processing.

Rental prices cover accommodation only. Upon request, we can provide all-inclusive packages that include utilities, cleaning, and restocking. We do not charge management fees.

Yes. We provide an initial starter kit of essentials (toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc.) upon arrival. Guests are responsible for restocking these items during their stay, unless they choose an all-inclusive package.

What amenities are included?

Yes. A cleaning fee applies to each booking, covering the professional cleaning after check-out. Guests may also request additional cleanings during their stay for an extra cost.

How long is the minimum stay?

Our Mid-Term Rentals require a minimum stay of 1 month (30 nights). Some units may be available for up to 12 months.

Yes, extensions are possible depending on availability. Please contact us at least 2 weeks before your lease ends to request an extension.

  • Cancel within 48 hours of booking (and at least 15 days before check-in) → Full refund.
  • Cancel between 14–30 days before check-in → 50% refund.

Yes, a security deposit is required for all Mid-Term Rentals. The amount depends on the duration of the stay and whether the guest has rental insurance. We are flexible with this requirement and review each inquiry individually to adapt to our clients’ needs.

 To secure your room, you must:

  1. Speak with our Community Manager
  2. Submit required documents
  3. Secure your room via the pre-booking or booking page
  4. Sign the lease, pay the deposit, and first month’s rent
  5. Pay the application fee

In general, early lease termination is not possible. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. Each case is reviewed individually, depending on the terms of your lease and the length of your stay. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Can the company pay my rent directly?

Yes. For corporate rentals, the company is the main contact—they handle contracts and payments. Employees then receive portal access to manage their stay directly.
